Shipping Rates
We ship worldwide using ANC Worldwide. We can provide a specific postage/shipping quote to your location on any item on the website by Emailing us at steve@treblerock.co.uk. This is particularly adviseable for customers in Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Asia, Australia and the USA, as our courier's rates vary greatly from country to country.
The Postage and Handling prices shown on items on this website are a guide. If actual shipping costs to your destination are vastly different the difference will be charged or refunded prior to shipping. This is due to massive differences in prices our courier charges within geographical areas such as 'Europe'.
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary but we expect most items to arrive within 7 working days of dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched the next working day, although if you have special requirements please Email or phone +44 (0)1934 852244.
Packaging
We package items as securely as possible and our Ebay account feedback shows that we are known for excellent packaging, but we do prefer instruments to be sent in a hard case (we recommend Hiscox hardshell cases). If an instrument does not come with a hard case we can source one for you at an excellent price, just phone or Email for details.
Customer Collect
Although Treblerock Music operates as an online/mailorder company, local customers are welcome to collect items themselves. We can also deliver locally to Bristol and North Somerset (or perhaps further afield) for a much reduced delivery cost. Phone or Email to discuss your requirements.
